TBGC Has Closed It's Cupboards For Good!
Okay...I'll be honest, six months was not enough! Anyone who thought that you could rest, re-recuperate, and re-rejuvenate in six months with two graduating eighteen year olds and a two year old, was crazy! And I believe the crazy one was me!
It was such a sincere delight to receive so much encouragement to take time to take care of myself and my family, it was a truly and unexpected perk to have that much support. But even as fast and crazy as this has been, I've had time to enjoy myself and have the rest that my entire being was been in need of.
I am so proud that I have been able to provide Seattle with fantastic food and service over the last eight years. That makes my decision a little hard to present to you, my awesome customers.

New on the horizon:
1. The Garden Project: A documentary/reality film, focused on eight, urban, families of color, learning the process of growing a garden, within their busy lifestyles.
2. TBGC food products!
3. Community Efforts, working with 'Teens & Relationships' - Actually returning to school!
4. That Brown Girl Events - event planning Brown Girl style!
And that's just to mention some of my new endeavors.
I really do appreciate each and every one of you for your love, patronage, criticisms and support. It’s been good! Thank you! Without you, there would not have been That Brown Girl.
